Limitless Academy is operated by Not Fake Things. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
The Platform
Limitless Academy is an online tutoring platform that connects students with tutors for personalized learning sessions. We provide the technology and marketplace; tutors provide the educational services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- Tutors must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate account information
Student Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled sessions or cancel with reasonable notice
- Treat tutors with respect
- Use the platform for legitimate educational purposes
- Do not share account credentials
- Do not request tutors to complete assignments or exams on your behalf
Tutor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate profile information and qualifications
- Honor scheduled sessions or cancel with reasonable notice
- Deliver quality tutoring services as described
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Do not solicit students to transact outside the platform
Content Guidelines
All users agree not to:
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Share personal contact information to circumvent the platform
- Misrepresent qualifications or identity
- Use the platform for any non-educational commercial purposes
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content you create
- By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform
- Respect copyright — do not share content you don't have rights to
- Limitless Academy branding and platform design are our property
Payments
- Pricing is set by individual tutors
- Payments are processed through our platform
- Refund policies are communicated at time of booking
- We may charge platform fees as disclosed
Disclaimers
- We are a platform, not an educational institution
- We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
- Tutor qualifications are self-reported; we encourage verification
- We are not responsible for interactions that occur outside our platform
- AI-powered features are tools to assist learning, not replacements for human instruction
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Academy and Not Fake Things are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to unsatisfactory tutoring experiences or disputes between users.
Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, you may request your data as described in our Privacy Policy
Dispute Resolution
For disputes between students and tutors, we encourage direct resolution. We may mediate disputes at our discretion but are not obligated to do so. For disputes with Limitless Academy, please contact us before pursuing legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
